I can't even tell you
What's on my mind That thing changes
At any given time
Steadily looking for some answers
But there are more questions
That I find
Which continually shifts the landscape
As I leave the past behind
So the future must also shift
As the present moment remains
My greatest gift
Next to life, breath, and wisdom
If you ask, I might just share some
I've walked a rocky path
And made plenty of mistakes
Encountered many challenges and
Learned many lessons
So I take
Time to inventory
And give glimpses of a story
Still being written
By destiny's pen
I am an evolving creature
With a universe
Living in my skin.
